- To develop strong working relationships with our clients and business associates;
- To deliver excellent and proactive advice and service to clients, adherence to mutually agreed time frames and sense of ownership of our clients’ affairs; and
- To develop and implement standards of excellence.
Partners are actively involved on all jobs and are contactable by clients. As much as possible, we endeavour to retain the same staff on jobs from year to year, so there is continuity of experience and easy communication between clients and staff. We are proud of a very low staff turnover.
