Roger Williams FCA
Roger is qualified to practice as a
chartered accountant in England and Australia. He has over 41 years experience
as an audit and insolvency partner. He is a Fellow of both the English and
Australian Institutes of Chartered Accountants and is a registered company
auditor.
Roger has, in recent years, specialised in the audit
of tax-exempt bodies, aid agencies comprising NGOs and contractors,
universities, aid posts and aged care facilities. He has extensive experience in
Government Project Audits and verifying the allocation of grant monies to NGOs.
As a senior audit partner Roger is required to specialise in
servicing audit clients, large and small, simple and complex. He has spent 4
years in Papua New Guinea where he was a partner in charge of the Port Moresby
office and gained substantial experience in financial management of plantations.
Over the years Roger has acted as an Official Liquidator
giving him valuable insight into the workings and management of a business from
a day to day position and related solvency risks. Because of this experience he
has proved invaluable on audit assignments and fraud detection.
Peter Turner B.Econ. CA
Peter is a specialist audit partner. He has
a Bachelor of Economics degree from Sydney University and is a Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a registered company
auditor. He has over 31 years experience including 9½ years with Coopers &
Lybrand in Sydney, Melbourne and London.
Peter has been
involved in many corporate audits, including Ford Motor Company, Jennings,
Unilever, British Steel, Consolidated Bearing Company, Australian Red Cross
Blood Service, Australian Physiotherapy Association, McPhersons Pumps, Rheem,
AGC, Mirvac, Dunn & Bradstreet, Huxley Homes, Smorgon, Metro Inns and
Midwest Radio.
Peter has also performed a number of Due
Diligence reviews, financial systems reviews and litigation support
investigations.
Keanu Arya B.Bus. CA
Keanu has 15 years chartered experience in
auditing and business services. He has a Bachelor of Business degree with double majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
He is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a registered company auditor, registered SMSF auditor and registered tax agent with the Australian Taxation Office. Keanu is also a Member of the Tax Institute of Australia and is a Chartered Tax Advisor. He provides tax consultancy services to the clients of Stirling International.
